Terms and Conditions:

Each Fun Walkers Club @ South West must have at least 40 members, of
which at least two (2) are to be appointed as leader and
coordinator;

Quarterly activity reports must be submitted via fax to 6316 7250
or email to lim_soo_eng@pa.gov.sg on the first Monday of every quarter
(i.e. 4 December 2006, etc);

The Reimbursement Form must be accompanied by hard copies of the
membersÂ’ registration forms; and
-
Each Fun Walkers Club @ South West is eligible for the following
funding:
- One-time start-up fund of $200.00 (a minimum of 40 members is required at the point of application);
- Every 100 members will entitle each Fun Walkers Club to a $200.00 Top-Up Activity Grant, capped at $800.00 per financial year (FY).
